Forged steel valves manufactured by Shoritsu Seisakusho are designed for high-pressure and high-temperature industrial fluid control, available in gate, globe, check, and needle valve types from Class 150 to Class 4500, in sizes from 1/4" to 2". Precision-forged carbon steel, stainless steel, and low alloy steel bodies ensure structural integrity and long service life under severe operating conditions, including API 602-compliant compact and extended designs.


The range includes pressure seal bonnet valves for the highest pressure classes, cryogenic service valves, and instrument valves, with manual handwheel, electric motor, or air cylinder actuation. Machined sealing surfaces and robust stem assemblies support stable leakage control in critical piping systems for petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG/LPG terminals, and power plants.
